{Brand Spotlight} Dune London

The Dune London brand has been featured on my blog a few
times before (here, here and most recently here) because I am truly a fan. I
remain loyal to this brand because of the high quality each and every product
possesses, the air of exclusivity around the brand and the impeccable service
that is offered at every outlet. Dune staff members truly treat you well and go
that extra mile to create a pleasant shopping experience for each customer. So,
as you can imagine, I was thrilled to be able to attend the preview of Dune
London’s Autumn/Winter 2015 collection at the Four Seasons hotel and gawk at
the newly crafted pieces.

However, before I discuss those beautiful works of art, I
must mention how spectacular the venue is. As I stepped within the boundary
walls of the hotel, it was as if I had been transported to a foreign land and
left the bustling city of Johannesburg behind. I could therefore not resist using
the picturesque premises as a backdrop and decided to capture the outfit I
donned for the occasion.

Top – Topshop
Skirt – Cath.nic from Queenspark
Bag – Dune London
Heels – Dune London
Necklace – Mr Price
Bracelet – Topshop

Onto the main attraction – Dune London’s Autumn/Winter 2015
collection, which is set to hit stores early March. You can expect an array of
styles, designs and textures that will most definitely satisfy your inner
Carrie. The range of boots possesses clean-cut lines matched with simple, yet
strategically placed hardware.

Androgynous brogues stained in rich colours such as Oxblood
and Navy are perfect for a fashionable girl on the run. Pop the matching bag
over your shoulder and instantly earn extra glam points.

And lastly, the selection of court shoes most certainly did
not disappoint. With Dune’s pretty pumps, you will be able to transition
effortlessly from the office to a cocktail party. The belle of the ball that
day was without a doubt the Manolo Blahnik look-alikes. The fuchsia heels
adorned with a diamante brooch had all the ladies, including myself, weak at
the knees.
